BOVINA - Charlsie Eubank, 99, died Wednesday, June 7, 2006, in Friona.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Morton Memorial Cemetery in Morton with the Rev. Jim Green of Lubbock officiating. Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in First Baptist Church in Bovina. Arrangements are by Blackwell Funeral Home.

Mrs. Eubank was born Jan. 5, 1907, in Greenville to Edward D. and Sarah E. Weston Courtney. She married Gilbert Eubank on July 12, 1925, in Slaton. He died June 4, 1973.

She moved to Bovina in 1957 and worked in the Bovina school cafeteria for many years. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Bovina and the Bovina Senior Citizens.

She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Beth in 1948; and two sons, Raymond in 1997 and Carroll in 2004.

Survivors include two sons, Ben Eubank of Tatum, N.M., and Clyde Eubank of Hereford; two daughters, Betty Locy of Kimberly, Wis., and Shirley Wright of Coalinga, Calif.; a sister-in-law, LaFern Jerigan of Lubbock; 22 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; and 13 great-great-grandchildren.
