Ilion, NY - Romain B. Julian, 68, retired U.S. Marine officer, died Dec. 17, 1950 in his home, 26 John St., after a long illness. He was born Nov. 18, 1882 in Chicago, son of Louis and Anita Romain Julian and married Helen H. Hartford here Jan. 7, 1914. A resident of Ilion since 1912, he was a member of the Church of the Annunciation.
Surviving are his wife and two daughters, Mrs. Anthony J. Hellenack and Miss Eloise Julian, both of Ilion. A full military funeral and burial will take place in Arlington National Cemetery.(Entered the service in the Spanish-American War in 1898)
