She was a retired school teacher and a member of Grace United Methodist Church. She enjoyed square dancing, camping, traveling and sewing.
She was preceded in death by a grandson, Zachary Thomas Cox.
Survivors include her husband, Leon Cox; a son, Darrell Cox of Rogers; a sister, Betty Jean Rankin of Mulberry, Arkansas; two brothers, Jack Jones of Yorktown, Texas, and Jerry Jones of Booneville, Arkansas; and two grandchildren, Timothy Cox and Gwendolyn Cox.
