Hazel is mother of Charlotte R. (wife of Leland) Lee; Donald (husband of Pat).

Hazel; grandmother of five grand-children, seven great grand-children and two great great grand-children.

During World War II Hazel was a volunteer for the Servicemens Club in Bluefield, WV.
