Husband of Elizabeth (Betsey) Winans Woodruff. Father of Ralph H. Oliver. Grandfather of Hattie, May, Ruth, Clare, Ellen, and Seth Oliver. I first saw this gravesite in 1959 with my parents and my aunt. In a sense, this started my involvement with findagrave. I just didn't know it. The photo was taken by my dad, Seth J. Oliver during that visit. Note: the family Bible shows PHO's birth year as 1810. Various records show both years.∼Age 63 years, 6 days
