Last child born from the union of Spanish immigrants, Jose Vived and Agustina Vidal Vived, Victoria was born in San Joaquin, CA, where her parents worked at the Miller and Lux ranches until they were able to start their own dairy in Madera, CA.

Vicky married Sirio Del Bianco on May 22, 1941 in Madera, CA. From this union, which spanned 69 years, they raised three daughters.

Although the elder Del Bianco's remained active in the restaurant, in 1948 Sirio, Vicky, Elmo and Anna became the driving force that made Lucca's Restaurant one of the San Joaquin Valley's premier dinning spots. Lucca's ravioli were world renowned.

In September 1973, after a fire destroyed the business, the Del Bianco's were forced into temporary retirement until the restaurant was rebuilt around 1975.

This temporary retirement allowed Vicky the time to play more golf and travel with Sirio.

Over the years, Lucca's became a destination spot for social life where generations of valley families gathered to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, fine dining and dancing. For many years Lucca's was the meeting place for all local service organizations.

Vicky and Sirio were founding members the Madera Golf and Country Club; and after retiring from the restaurant, Vicky was an active member of the Madera Chapter of the Red Hat Society.

Throughout her life, when they were able to take time off from working the long hours at the restaurant, Vicky and Sirio enjoyed family trips to the beach at Santa Cruz, golfing with friends at the Country Club in Madera, trips to Nevada for a little gambling and golf, cruises with friends, and visits with their daughters and their families.

The family expressed their gratitude to Lila & Carmen for their years of tender loving care and a special thanks to the staff's of Hinds Hospice of Madera.

Surrounded by her devoted and loving family, Vicky passed away peacefully at her home on May 06, 2015, at the age of 93.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Sirio; her parents; her brother Angel; her three older sisters: Theresa, Thelma and Frances; and by three infant siblings: Jose, Jose, and Victoria.

She is survived by her sister-in-law Anna Lattanzio Del Bianco, three daughters and their families, which include eight grand-daughters, great-great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews, as well as many cousins in California and Spain.

Entombment: Calvary Cemetery Mausoleum.
