He was born January 22, 1938, at Belleville, Kansas, to Kermit Irvin Chick and Doris Irene Kinzer Chick.
He was owner of LPC Trucking Springdale where he was a truck broker.
He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife Patti Chick, two sons Steven Chick and Tom Dean Chick, one grandson Jacob Lee Rogers, one sister Janice Boker and one brother Donald Chick.
Survivors are a son, Alan Chick of Bentonville; a daughter, Ellen Boswell of Kennewick, Washington; one step-son Steve Dieterich; six grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
A celebration of life will be held from 2-4:00p.m. Sunday, May 10, at 14888 Park Ridge Drive, Lowell, Arkansas, 72745.
