Mrs.C.M. Junell's Funeral
Funeral services for Mrs.C.M. Junell,36,who died at her home in Foreman ,Ark. Sunday night were held Tuesday afternoon at Old Saltillo by the Rev.Chas.C.Jones, vicar of the Episcopal Church of St.Barnabas at Foreman.One of the largest crowds ever seen here on a similar occasion attended.
Mrs. Junell,the former Miss Golden McAfee,was born and reared in Saltillo. Her friends were numbered by her acquaintances.
Survivors include her husband,Dr.C.M.Junell,a foster son,Howard ,of Foreman; her mother ,Mrs.L.R.McAfee; three brothers,Pat,Allison,and R.B.Mcafee,all of Saltillo,two sisters,Miss Lillian McAfee of Mt.Vernon and Mrs.Bryce Ward of Saltillo.
Pallbearers were J.C.Stephens,E.J.McGill,J.R.Dodson,A.R.Horne, G.W.Turrentine,J.M.Whitten,A.W.Sparks, and J.E.Turner.Honorary pallbearers were members of the Order of the Eastern Star.
Among attendentsfrom Mt.Vernon were C.E.Harvey,Miss Mary Stephenson ,Mrs. N.B.Talley and daughter ,Miss Mildred;Mrs.Jno.Majors,Miss Faye Franks,Mrs.C.E.Johnson,Mrs.J.B.Heywood,Miss Annie Lee Agee,Mrs.Louis Bennett,Mrs.Lee Totten,Mrs.Eva Rountree,Mrs.A.J.Goswick,Mrs.E.B.Dorough,Mrs.S.M.Williams,and Mrs.E.M.Agee.
Friends from many places including Como ,Weaver ,Sulphur Springs,Foreman and Fouke ,Ark. , Vivian ,La. ,Atlanta ,Turnertown,Pittsburg,Dallas,Fort Worth,Shreveport,Sulphur Bluff and Dike attended rites .
