Ages 7 yearsThe lamb on stones usually marks the burial of a child as the lamb stands for innocence or purity.

In this instance I have no idea who, or what, is buried here and there are no dates to give a clue as to when. The inscription on the stone is "Our Darling Pet" with no other information and I'm pretty sure animals are not allowed in the same cemeteries as humans.

This stone is located next to the burial site of P.T. Barnum but that is probably just coincidence.

I invite anyone who can shed some light on this to please email me, for no other reason than to satisfy my curiosity.
