Mott, James G.

James G. Mott, age 55, of1202 South 12th Street, Manitowoc, entered eternal life early Tuesday morning, June 14, 2011 with his family by his side at his residence.

Jim was born July 19, 1955 in Manitowoc. He was the son of the late Gene and Bernadine Riley Mott. Jim had been employed with Lakeside Foods until poor health forced him to retire. He was a knife and sword collector for many years.

He is survived by two sons: Curt and Ivonne Mott, Manitowoc; Charles Mott, Manitowoc; three grandchildren: Destiny, Angel and Cedric; three brothers: Mark Mott, Manitowoc; Jesse (Billie) Mott, Manitowoc; Marvin (Kim) Mott, Manitowoc; six sisters: Janice (Roger) Rauen, Manitowoc; Cindy (Jaun) Morales, Texas; Darlene (Thomas) Aceves, Manitowoc; Kay (Jose) Cruz, Manitowoc; Judy (Mike) Bersch, Manitowoc; Marilyn (Arturo) Valdez, Manitowoc; nieces, nephews along with other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Gene and Bernadine Mott; and one brother: Roger Mott.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M. Saturday, June 18, 2011 at the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home with Rev. Guy Corricall officiating. Cremation will follow with entombment of the cremains to take place at Knollwood Mausoleum at a later date. Relatives and friends may call at the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home on North 11th and St. Clair streets on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of services at 11:00.
