Mrs. Jennie E. Blauser, 58, wife of Sheldon B. Blauser of near Fertigs, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Merle C. Kimes, Riverside Drive, at 4:15 am Sunday after an illness of six weeks. Daughter of J. J. and Arena Keister Silzle, she was born at Fertigs April 30, 1880.
She was a member of the Ladies' Sunday School Class of the Gospel Tabernacle of Fertigs.
She married Sheldon B. Blauser June 5, 1900, and he survives, with children, Burdell Blauser and Mrs. Evelyn Weaver, Fertigs, Mrs. Merle Kimes and Mrs. Otho Harmon, Oil City, Harold Blauser, Oil City RD 1, Mrs. Ralph Knight, Mrs. Edwin Bidwell, Riceville, Mrs. Raymond Miller, Coal Hill, Norman, Wilmer, and Paul, at home; brothers and sisters, Milton Silzle, Detroit, Dora Silzle, Oil City, Mrs. Arthur Emerson, Fertigs, and Mrs. Frank Dathner, Mayburg.
Services will be at the family home near Fertigs at 3 pm Wednesday.
