John T. Marouski, 49, of South Windsor, died Saturday, (Sept 29, 2001) at home from sudden heart failure.
Born in Hartford on June 30, 1952, son of Anthony P. Marouski of South Windsor and the late Sophie (Setsky) Marouski, he was a lifelong resident of South Windsor. He graduated from the University of Georgia and was a communicant of St. Francis of Assisi Church, South Windsor.
Besides his father, he leaves a brother and his wife, Richard and Rochelle Marouski of South Windsor; his aunt, Amelia Marouski of South Windsor; many nieces and nephews; and among his cousins, he leaves Robert Marouski of Munson, MA.
Family and friends may gather Wednesday, 9:15 a.m., at the Samsel & Carmon Funeral Home, 419 Buckland Rd., South Windsor, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial, 10 a.m., in St. Francis of Assisi Church. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, East Hartford. His family will receive friends Tuesday, 5-8 p.m., at the funeral home.
