Rachel K. Johnson, 89, of Sparta, passed away April 21, 2004.

Johnson was born March 31, 1915, in Giles County, to Frank Kincaid and Loudie Clark Kincaid.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and three brothers.

Survivors include four sons, James Johnson, of Texas, George David Johnson, Tommy Johnson, Joe Johnson, all of Sparta; five grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.

Services will be at 2 p.m., April 23, 2004, at Thurman Funeral Home with burial in Spencer Town Cemetery. Bro. Bobby Wilhite will officiate.

Thurman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
