Mrs. Ida T. Foster
Services for Mrs. Ida T. Foster, 93, 320 Golden, will be at 2 p.m. Friday in the Parker Mortuary with burial in Topeka Cemetery. She died Tuesday evening in a Topeka hospital.
She was born Sept. 21, 1866, in Simcoe, Canada, and moved with her family to a homestead near Blaine when she was 10 years old. She later lived in Manhattan. She was a resident of Topeka since 1920 and was a charter member of the East Side Baptist Church.
Mrs. Foster is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Ruby Lynett Barnes, 217 E. 5th; four sons, Walter N. Morris, 506 E. 9th, Fred Morris of Kennewick, Wash., Forrest Morris of El Cajon, Calif., and John Morris of Beverly, Kan.; 21 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and 14 great-great-grandchildren.
