Evelyn M. "Pete" Blum, 92, of Baltimore, passed away on Friday, May 15, 2015.


Pete is survived by her longtime friend and companion, Charlie Bitner; nieces, nephews, and sister-in-law, Margaret Tener; and many special friends, including, Mary C. Wilson, Cindy and Greg Taylor, Kitty Stover, Glenna Rogers, Donna and Jim King, Scott and Rhonda Sorrell and their children, Makiah Sorrell and Jenna Sorrell.


Pete was preceded in death by her husband, Luther Blum, and her brother, Elmer Peters.


Funeral service for Pete will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the JOHNSON-SMITH FUNERAL HOME, Baltimore with Reverend Jill Dunlap officiating.


Burial will follow in the Union Evangelical Cemetery. Friends may visit from 4-6 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
