Eunice Kathleen Bryant Nix, 90, of Batesville, died Friday, Nov. 26, 2004, at Tri-Lakes Medical Center.
Nix, born March 12, 1914, to the late William K. Bryant and the late Nettie Mae Cook Bryant, was the retired owner and operator of Nix Dry Goods, a member of Batesville Presbyterian Church and an active member of the Eastern Star.
Services were Sunday at Batesville Presbyterian Church. Burial was in Batesville - Magnolia Cemetery. Dr. Jon Burnham and Rev. David Snellgrove officiated. Dickins Funeral Home had charge.
Survivors include her son Charles Ray Nix of Batesville; two daughters, Carol Ann Crafton of Sardis and Betty Sue Whitten of Flint, Texas; nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
