Bill served his country in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict.

He was preceded in death by his parents Willie T. and Ella Rose (Watters) Dwiggins, three brothers Garland, Van and Johnny and two sisters Niva and Letha.

He is survived by his wife, two sons, one daughter, two daughters-in-law, one son-in-law, seven grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, one brother, one sister, one sister-in-law, one brother-in-law, three step-sons, two step-daughters-in-law and six step-grandchildren.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, May 26, 2015 from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm at Integrity Funeral Home, Henryetta Oklahoma.

Funeral service will be held Wednesday, May 27, 2015 at 2:00 pm at the Integrity Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be at Hillcrest Cemetery, Weleetka, Oklahoma.
