Died at the North Bay Regional Health Centre on May 23, 2015. He was in his 61st year. Don was the husband of Cheryl McConnell and was the much loved father of Shawn, Shane (Shelley), and Don. He will be lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Courtney, Sienna, Nash and Shane. Don was the brother of Daryl, Marilyn Young, Gerry, June Paul, and Glenda Whitehead and was predeceased by his brothers Howard, Eddie, and Glen and his sisters Merita Marion, Blayne Ann Luckashavitch, and Darlene Peters. Don’s family will be holding a service on Monday, June 1 at the Powassan Union Cemetery.
