Belmira "Bella" Santos, 77, of Danielson, died Sunday at Davis Place in Danielson. She was born on May 28, 1937 in Azores, Portugal, daughter of the late Antonio and Maria (Raposa) Camara. She was the wife of Lionel Santos. Mrs. Santos worked at the former Anchor Glass plant in Dayville for 17 years. She was a communicant of Sacred Heart Church in Wauregan. Besides her husband she is survived by her children, Robert A. Santos and wife Tricia of Danielson, Daniel R. Santos and wife Laura of Danielson, David L. Santos and wife Carrie of Pomfret and Susan J. Shea and husband Richard of Valrico, FL, brother Manuel Camara and wife Gloria of New Bedford, MA, numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brothers, John DeRego and Jose Camara and sister Gloria Viveiros. Funeral services will be private. There are no calling hours.
