Ward C Walker was the son of Ward C Walker and Lydia Walker.

Lt Walker served during WWII with the 376th BG, 513th Bomb Squadron. He was the Bombardier on a B-24D #42-40658. The target was marshalling yards in Vincenza Italy on 28 Dec 1943. His plane was badly damaged by fighter strikes and had to be abandoned. 1st Lt Walker was able to bail out near Padua, Italy and was taken prisoner. He was confined in Stalag Luft 1. 1st Lt Walker eventually returned to the US.
