Gene worked at PINCO (Porcelain Insulator Company) Lima, NY for many years until he retired. He was also the Chief of the Lima Volunteer Fire Department. Gene was a well-respected member of the Lima community.

Klink, Eugene Frederick
Lima/Honeoye Falls: December 20, 2005, age 79 after a long illness. Formerly of the Honeoye Falls area and East Avon. Eugene died peacefully at his family home in Honeoye. He is survived by his daughter Patricia (Gene) Cardwell of Elmira; son Keith (Deborah) Klink of Honeoye; 2 grandsons, 4 granddaughters, 5 great-grandsons and 6 great-granddaughters; brother, Kenneth (Irene) Klink of Lima and his friend and mother of his children, Evelyn L Klink of Canandaigua. Several nieces and nephews.
No prior calling. A memorial service will be held at the Lima Fire Hall at a later date to be announced. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Richmond Fire Department and Ambulance Fund.
