He was born June 13, 1939 in Leola, the son of the late William Jennings Bryan Dial and Ruby Roberts Dial. Mr. Dial was a member of Leola United Methodist Church. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. Mr. Dial is preceded in death by his parents.
