She was born August 19, 1917, at Greensburg, the daughter of Leon and Myrtle McCreary Workman. She graduated from Greensburg High School in 1935 and Wichita Business School, Wichita. A Comanche County resident since 1978, moving from Ventura, California, she was a retired CIA employee.
She was a member of First Baptist Church, Greensburg.
Survivors include: two sisters, Mabel Blackard, Coldwater, and Eugenia Ramsey, Ventura, California; and several nephews and nieces.
There will be no services. The body was cremated.
Memorials may be sent to Pioneer Lodge Nursing Home, Coldwater, in care of Hatfield-Prusa Funeral Home, Box 417, Coldwater, Kansas, 67029.
