Stacy Belcher disappeared after she went out to pick up fast food. She was found murdered on December 6, 1983. Stacy loved children and coached kids' soccer teams.

Her murderer was identified through DNA in January 2005. Serial killer Wayne Harvey Smith was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole for Stacy's death.
