Services for Edward H. Forke, 73, of 212 S. Maple av., Oak Park, who died Saturday in West Palm Beach, will be held at 2 p.m. Friday in the chapel at 3440 N. Central av. Mr. Forke was founder and president of the Central Metalic Casket company. Surviving are his widow, Elizabeth, and a stepson, Peter Raap.
