Michael Hugh Boutwell, 45, of Galveston passed away Saturday, August 30, 2003, at his residence.
A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, September 3, 2003, at Malloy & Son Funeral Home, with Father Gerald Lewis, SVD officiating. The family will receive visitors beginning at 9:30 a.m.
Michael was born February 23, 1958, in Mobile, Alabama, to Evelyn and Lloyd Boutwell. He had been a communication officer with the Galveston Police Department for 19 years and most recently with the Galveston County Sheriff's Department for 6 years.
Mike is preceded in death by his parents, Evelyn and Lloyd Boutwell; sisters, Phyllis Sims-Boutwell, and Jackie Hernandez; and brother, Lloyd Edward
Boutwell.
He is survived by his wife, Lisa Hubbell- Boutwell; son, Michael; niece, Annette Martinez and husband, Sam; nephew, Chris Hernandez,and other relatives.
Honorary pallbearers will be Ken Sims, Roy Cabello, Bill Tanner, D. J. Alvarez, Chris Gonzales, Larry Pugh, David Millican, Gerald Robinson, Ray Tuttoilmondo, Miguel
Baigen, and Arnold Moreno, Jr.
