Dora was the daughter of Clement W Hallett and his wife Mary Ann (Mickey) Hallett, who were living in Russellville, Lawrence Co., Illinois in 1870. Both parents died before 1880, at which time she was living Hudsonville, Crawford Co., Illinois with the family of her mother's half sister,Lucinda (Mickey) Cox.
Dora married F. M. McCullough on February 17, 1889. Their son,Frank Floyd MccCullough, was born Knox Co, Indiana in 1889. They moved to Lane Co., Oregon before 1900. Dora married Frank Hazen after Francis Marion McCullough died in 1901.
At the time of her death in 1954 she was listed in the Oregon records as Dora Hazen.
Dora's paternal grandparents were William and Sarah (Waldrop) Hallett. Her paternal grandfather, (1805-1865), is buried Tewalt Cem., Russellville, Lawrence Co., IL.. Her maternal grandparents were John Mickey, (1815-1892), and Elizabeth (Ford) Mickey,(1822-1846), (the latter buried in the Shimer Cemetery, near Flat Rock, Crawford Co.,
Illinois.)
