Andrew Goetz traveled to the USA with a pal, Godfrey Yost. When their ship 1st touched land in Nova Scotia, Andrew and Godfrey, jumped ship there and traveled by foot to Victoria, KS, where they initially found wives and began their new lives.
Andrew Geotz was killed, when he was at work, digging a new water well with a auger. The machine accidentally touched a power line and he was electrocuted.
