Numerous Schwiddes are listed among the baptism, confirmation, marriage and death records of the old Bethlehem Lutheran church in Saint Louis. According to the Bethlehem Lutheran Church Death Register, Zacharias passed away on February 21, 1864. The precise location of Zacharias's burial is unknown at this time. However, a reasonable guess might be that Zacharias was interred in the Old Bethlehem Cemetery in Baden at the intersection of Bittner and Switzer.
