Belvin was a hard working man who worked construction most his life & enjoyed riding his dune buggy. He lived in NC as well as he lived in Georgia with his daughter during his final months. He was a recent member of Abundant Life Baptist Church. He is survived by his son James Raines & Gloria (wife) of Cumming GA & daughters Jennifer & Roger (husband) Brookshire of Cumming GA Joyce McAbee & Sam McAbee (husband) of Hendersonville NC and Cierra Crochet Raines of Hendersonville NC, Grandkids Michael Raines, Josh Head, Eric Brookshire, Taylor McAbee, Tiffany Raines, Mitchel Raines, Chase Raines. Great grandkids Nathan, Noah, & Nicholas. He was preceded in death by his parents and all brothers Bobby Raines, Frank Raines, Steve Raines, Dick Raines, & a sister Janie Glisson. He was survived by his twin Sister Betty Patterson of Hendersonville NC. Lots of Neice’s & Nephews cousins. Lamar Day will be the pastor at the church
