WREN – Ollie Bell Griffin, 75, died Tuesday, May 20, 2003, at Gilmore Memorial Hospital in Amory. She was a homemaker and a member of Union Grove United Methodist Church.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Union Grove United Methodist Church with Pastor J. Barnes officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Westbrooks Funeral Home of Aberdeen is in charge of the arrangements.

Survivors include six sons, Wenford Greg Griffin of Verona, Carl E. Griffin, Webster Earl Griffin and Billy W. Griffin, all of Wren, John L. Griffin of Memphis, and Lester Lee Griffin of Nettleton; two daughters, Rose G. Stone of Holly Springs and Debbie K. Woods of Memphis; three brothers, Larmie Ambrose and Primis Ambrose, both of Verona, and Webster Ambrose of Peru, Ind.; three sisters, Willie Morris of Verona/Wren, Estelle Edwards and Annie Mae Ambrose, both of Verona; two sisters-in-law, Lillie Parks and Josephine Griffin, both of Wren; several grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. today and a wake will be from 6 to 7 p.m. today. The body will lie in state at the church one hour before services.
