New Albany - Bertha Rakestraw Richey, 95, died Wednesday at North Mississippi Medical Center. She was a homemaker and the widow of John Sebron Richey.

Services will be at 2 p.m. today at United Funeral Service Chapel with the Rev. Johnny Mars and the Rev. Tillie P. Phipps officiating. Burial will be in Center Cemetery.

Survivors include three sons, Willis Richey of Mooreville, Mississippi, Thomas Richey of Fort Worth, Texas, and Joe Richey of Tupelo, four daughters, Bonnie Dunlap of Bisbee, Arizona, Bessie Donnahoo and Virgie Potter, both of Fort Worth, Texas, and Mary Elder of New Albany, Mississippi; 23 grandchildren.
