U. S. Army Retiree GROVETOWN , Ga. - Mr. Willie E. Edwards of Martha's Way entered into rest on Saturday, May 22, 2010 at his residence.
Funeral service will be held on Friday, May 28, 2010 at 1 p.m. at Christ Church of Grovetown with Elder Jim Nicholson officiating. Burial will be at Bellevue Memorial Garden with full military honors.
Mr. Edwards, a native of Sumter, SC, served as a Tactical Wire Operations Specialist in the U. S. Army and retired after twenty one years of service. He was also a former employee of Southern Company. As a faithful member of Christ Church of Grovetown, he served as a Trustee and Audio Equipment operator.
