Funeral services for Charles (Chuck) Andrew, 71 of Vernon, who died on Wednesday, June 10, 2015, in Vernon, will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, June 13, 2015 at Sullivan Funeral Home Chapel. Officiating will be Rev. Toby Castleberry and Randy Echols. Interment will be held at Eastview Cemetery under the direction of Sullivan Funeral Home.
Andrew was born Sunday, June 4, 1944 in Vernon. He was the son of the late Vernon Gaines Andrew and the late Marie Sweeney Andrew. He married June Malow on Dec. 24, 1960 in Vernon. He had lived all of his life in Vernon. He was a self-employed mechanic and he custom made boat and pool covers. He was a member of First Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, June Andrew of the home; his son, Scott Andrew of Vernon; two daughters, Grace Andrew and Susan Mitchell, both of Vernon; one brother, Kenneth Sutton of Boynton Beach, Fla.; one sister, Diana M. Snyder of Pilot Point; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m., Friday, June 12, 2013 at Sullivan Funeral Home.
