Of Eden Prairie, passed away peacefully Friday, June 5, 2015, at Affinity Hospice Care, Las Vegas, NV at the age of 65. Born to Elmer & Alice Anderson at Rice Memorial Hospital, Willmar, MN. Andy graduated from Kerkhoven High School, June, 1967, and from St. Cloud State College, June, 1971 with a B.S. Degree in Accounting. He was a member of the American Institute of Certificated Public Accountants. Andy served in the U.S. Army from August, 1972 and was Honorably Discharged December, 1977. Preceded in death by parents Elmer & Alice, sister, Avis Hanson, and brother, Jim. Andy started his life long career in Public Accounting in Excelsior, MN and a successor firm which is known as Froehling Anderson. Andy was the ultimate entrepreneur. He retired at the age of 45, continuing his attentiveness to clients. He was active in the Zuhrah Shriners; Albert Pike Lodge #237, Hopkins; M.M.C. Development Committee; Elks, Hopkins Lodge # 2221; West Suburban Epicurean Society; Heron Lake Farm Hunting Club; Ducks Unlimited, and Pheasants Forever.
