LAWYER ACKER'S RITES TOMORROW
The funeral of Nicholas A. Acker, San Francisco attorney, will be held tomorrow morning from the family home, 353 Euclid avenue. Acker died suddenly yesterday. Upon arising, Mrs. Acker discovered that her husband had been stricken during the night. Besides his wife, Mrs. Susan E. Acker, he is survived by a daughter, Mrs. T. B. Bunker, and a son, Bennett N. Acker.
Coming to the coast from Washington, D.C. in 1880, Acker has been a prominent figure in the development of the Pacific coast. He was identified with many widely discussed patent suits. Acker was the senior member of the firm Acker and Totten, patent attorneys.
Acker was a member of the Bohemian club and affiliated with the Knights Templar order.
