Mrs. Paul Brockhoff, 67 (photo), of Francis Creek, died Thursday at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc, after a brief illness.
Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. Monday at Saur Funeral Home, Kellnersville, and at 10 a.m. at St. Ann Catholic Church, Francis Creek. The Rev. John Haen will be celebrant of the solemn requiem high Mass and burial will be in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Brockhoff was the former Anna Weina and was born June 6, 1899, at Manitowoc, daughter of Robert and Margaret Michalek Weina. She was married to Mr. Brockhoff June 6, 1916, at St. Mary Catholic Church, Manitowoc, and the couple farmed in the Town of Kossuth until 11 years ago when they moved to Francis Creek. She was a member of the Christian Mothers and Altar Society. He husband died June 26, 1961.
Surviving are four sons, Joseph and Melvin of Rt. 2., Manitowoc, Robert of Milwaukee and Sgt. 1-c Paul Jr., with the U.S. Army in Germany; five daughters, Mrs. Joseph (Dorothy) Novak of Rt. 1, Maribel, Sister M. Veronica, St. Paul Nursing Home, Kaukauna, Mrs. Raymond (Arlene) Ziarnik of Manitowoc, Mrs. Joseph (Audrey) Samz of Mishicot and Mrs. William (Annette) Samz of Rt. 1. Mishicot; parents; two brothers, Paul of Chicago and Anton of Manitowoc; two sisters, Mrs. Helen Popp and Mrs. Martha Schweigl, of Manitowoc; 30 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren. Two daughters and a brother preceded her in death.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Sunday where at 8 p.m. the Rosary will be recited.
