LEARN, RICHARD L., 53, of Safety Harbor, died Monday (Dec. 22, 2003) at Morton Plant Hospital, Clearwater. He was born in Rochelle, Ill., and came here in 1983 from Orlando. He was an electrical engineer in the aerospace industry and was a member of North Dunedin Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Noreen; a son, Larry, Kailua, Hawaii; a daughter, Linda Learn, Safety Harbor; his parents, Margie and Irving Learn, Fort Pierce; and a sister, Lauren Crudele, Coconut Creek.
