Hazel Warren, 91, of Sunnyslope Nursing Home at Bowerston, formerly of Carrollton died Oct. 22, 1995.
Born May 14, 1904, in West Virginia, she was a daughter of Monroe and Katherine Massey Wigal. She was a member of the Church of Christ (Christian) of Carrollton.
She was married June 11, 1942, to John O. Warren, who died Nov. 30, 1993.
Surviving are a son, Craig of West Covina, Calif.; two daughters, Mary Jane Warren of Sunnyslope Nursing Home, Elinora Ramsey of Bloomingdale, one sister, Flossie Seebaugh of New England, WV.; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchilddren.
Besides her parents, five brothers and one sister are deceased.
Service was Oct. 26 at Allmon-Dugger Funeral Home, Carrollton, with the Rev. Edwin Shriver officiating.
