DEATH TAKES A LITTLE CHILD - Kathleen Gladys Orrick, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Orrick succumbs to pneumonia.

After three weeks' illness of pneumonia little Kathleen Gladys Orrick, the beautiful little daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Orrick of 903 Ohio Street, passed away peacefully yesterday morning at 7:45 o'clock. The death was peaceful and the child was conscious to the last moment responding to the cry of grief of the heart-broken mother even after it was thought life was extinct.

The child had been in a precarious condition for several days and the parents' physician and nurse made a supreme effort to save the dear life but without avail.

The little was five years and nine months old and was possessed of unusual personal attractions. She was one of a family of four little ones. Mr. Orrick is a linotype operator employed at the Bulletin office and his fellow workers grieve with him and his estimable wife.

The funeral will be held this morning at the residence, 903 Ohio Street, conducted by the Rev. L.G. Graham, pastor of the Calvary Baptist Church, formal notice of which appears elsewhere in this issue.
