A wake and family visitation will be 8:30 - 10 PM on Friday at Emanuel AME Church, 110 Calhoun St, Charleston, SC. Her sorority, Alpha Kappa Alpha Inc., will hold a ceremony during that first half-hour. On Saturday, June 27, 2015 at 11 AM at the church will host a homegoing service and Celebration of Life.
NOTE: She was killed during the mass shooting at Bible Study session at Mother Emanuel AME Church, 110 Calhoun Street, Charleston, SC. It happened during a prayer meeting being held at the church on Wednesday night, June 17, 2015 approximately 9 PM.
