Frank W. Dicks Sr., 71, of Washington R.D. 2, died unexpectedly at his home Saturday, October 30, 1976.
He was born November 12, 1904 in Washington to Herbert and Nellie Holland Dicks and formerly lived in Peterboro, Ontario, Canada.
For 20 years he was a woodshop man for Dunbar and Wallace Lumber Company before his retirement in 1973.
He was a member and trustee of the Broad Street Baptist Church and was a member of the Braca Class. He was also a member of the carpenter's union.
On October 12, 1925, he was married to Margaret Olive Kiger, who survives.
Also surviving are three sons, two daughters, two brothers, a sister, and several nieces and nephews and nine grandhildren.
A sister Lillian Abraham and two brothers, George and Clarence are deceased.
