She is survived by her sons, Steven (Jennifer Kilbourne) Williams of North Judson, Michael (Arlene) Williams of Winamac, Jeff (Michelle) Williams of Portage; daughter, Lisa (Paul) Crum of Portage; grandchildren, Ryan, Steven, Branden, Jessica, Jeffrey, Joshua, and Lindy; great granddaughter, Nevaeh. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Bernard M. Williams and Roger D. Pennington; step son, Christopher Pennington; sister, Martha Ashford.
Barbara was a registered nurse for Porter Hospitals for many years and was also a long time member of the Grace Church of the Nazarene in Portage. She loved her dogs Max and Tiger, gardening and spending time with her family.
