Mrs Mary R Brown, 88 of Oxford, died Monday in an Anniston Nursing Home after a short illness.
Services will be Wednesday at 2 pm at Gray Brown - Service Mortuary with the Rev James Ponder and the Rev Buck Greenwood officiating Burial will be in Rabbittown Cemetery.
Survivors include four daughters, Mrs Alma Davidson, Mrs Geneva Murray and Miss Ruby Reid, all of White Plains, and Mrs Cenda Enterekin of Jacksonville; two sons Virgil Brown of Four Mile and Alfred Brown of Piedmont; a sister, Mrs Pearl Hall of Cragford; 19 grandchildren and 37 great-grandchildren.
Grandsons will be pallbearers.
Mrs Brown was a native and lifelong resident of Calhoun County and a member of Rabbittown Baptist Church.
The body will remain at the funeral home through services.
