Norma Jean Mullen

Norma Jean Mullen, 74, of Fletcher, went home to be with her Lord and Loving Savior at 1:15 a.m. on Monday, April 3, 2006, surrounded by her loving family and friends.
She was born June 12, 1931, in Ballou (Shelby County) to the late Harvey Wiley and Bernice A, (Martin) Wiley, who survives. She married Norman Dale Mullen on Nov. 5, 1949, and he preceded her in death on July 1, 1984. She was also preceded by an infant brother, Roy Addison Wiley.
Norma graduated from Brown Local School in 1949. She was a member of the Fletcher United Methodist Church where she served as church secretary for eight years. She also was a member of Mothers Club and the Troy Chapter Order of the Eastern Star.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday in the Suber-Shively Funeral Home, 201 W. Main St., Fletcher, with the Rev. Gary Petry of the Pasco United Methodist Church presiding. Burial will be in Cedar Point Cemetery, Pasco. Visitation for family and friends will be held from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Miami County, P. O. Box 502, Troy, OH 45373 or to Fletcher-Brown Township EMS, 6605 N. State Route 589, Fletcher, OH 45326. Envelopes will be available in the funeral home.
