Betty Jean Robertson passed away June 20, 2015 in her home in Double Oak, Texas, with her family by her side. Betty was born November 5, 1934 in Dallas, Texas, to Arnold David and Ruby Alton Ledbetter. She graduated valedictorian of Lewisville High School in 1953, and graduated with honors from North Texas State College in 1957.
Betty was married 56 years to Floyd Robertson. Betty was a homemaker, school teacher and was also employed by Bartonville Water Supply Corporation for 31 years.
Betty was a devoted and loving daughter, sister, wife, mother and grandmother. Betty is survived by her husband, Floyd Ray Robertson; two daughters, Kimberly Jean Robertson Head and Kayla Jane Robertson Gannon; and two grandchildren, Jacob Andrew Gannon and Cameron Jane Gannon; and her sister, Leatha Jane Groves.
