HARVEY, LANCE CORPORAL, DANIEL J., JR. 22, of Johnston, passed away on June 21, 2015. He was a son of Daniel J. Harvey, Sr. and his wife Claudia G. of Cranston and Debra Fairman and her husband Ralph of Johnston. Daniel was a Lance Corporal in the United States Marine Corps and also worked as a security officer at Apollo Security. Daniel was an avid Boston Bruins, Baltimore Ravens, and New York Yankees fan. He loved hockey and was the captain of the Johnston-North Providence hockey team. He also loved to ride his Harley Davidson motorcycle and loved his family very much. Besides his parents, he is survived by his two brothers; Justin Harvey of Johnston and Nicholas Harvey of Cranston; his grandparents Gilbert Margadonna of Johnston and the late Jean Margadonna, Mr. and Mrs. Dwight Harvey of Dighton, MA; step-grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Claude Kitchegan of Cranston and Celia Fairman of Cranston and the late Ralph A. Fairman. He was the nephew of the late Raymond Margadonna. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and his beloved dogs Duke, Slash and Mila. His funeral will be held from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Friday at 8:45 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Robert Bellarmine Church, Atwood Avenue, Johnston at 10:00 a.m. Burial, with Military Honors, will take place in Highland Memorial Park Cemetery, Johnston.
