Larry W. Adler, 60, of Canton, passed away on Monday, September 18, 2006 at his home while surrounded by his loving family. Larry was born on January 13, 1946 to the late Carl Adler and Pauline Bricker in Canton. He was a retired foreman with Van-Kay and a member of the McKinley Eagles post 2370. Larry enjoyed golf, but most of all he enjoyed his time as a devoted Husband, Father and Grandfather. Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Gloria "Jeannie" Adler; brother, Sean Adler; and sister, Carol Adler. He will be greatly missed by his sons, Larry W. Adler II and Bruce W. Adler, both of Canton; daughters, Traci and son-in-law Joe Becker and Carla and son-in-law James Hatchet also of Canton; brother, Keith (Brenda) Adler of Madison, OH; sisters Cathy (Rich) Viano of Mesa, AZ and Marla (Ron) Miller of Virginia Beach, SC; and nine grandchildren, Jackie, Kenith, Chrissy, Joe, Kimberly, Amanda, John Wayne, Faith and Joseph Wayne. At the request of the family, Larry will be cremated and laid to rest next to his wife at Sunset Hills Burial Park at a later date. There will be no calling hours. In lieu of flowers the family request the memorial donations be made to Aultman Hospice, 2821 Woodlawn Ave. NW, Canton, OH 44708.
