SHE WILL BE MISSED BY MANY.ARMSTRONG-CASTRO Nikole Lee Nikole "Nikki" Lee Armstrong-Castro, 21 years, of Toledo, died June 29, 2006, at the Cleveland Clinic after battling leukemia. Nikki was born on December 10, 1984 and in those very short 21 years, she managed to accomplish more than many do in twice the amount of time. Graduating from Springfield in 2003, she went on to become a loving wife and mother while remaining a precious daughter and granddaughter, wonderful sister and loyal friend. In her final eight months, Nikki touched the lives of thousands as her courageous story went out. She encouraged people to come together in prayer and love and to understand the meaning of strength and endurance. She will be forever missed by so many.

Surviving is her husband, David; daughter, Sierra; parents, Sandra and Brian Armstrong; sister, Jennifer; brother, Cory; step-mother, Beth; half sister, Mackenzie; half brother, Zachary; grandparents, Dale (Betty) Prentice; Charles (Sue) Armstrong; many aunts, uncles, cousins, and an amazing number of friends.
