Warren was born to John and Frances (Henderson) Thompson in Newton County, Arkansas. He granduated from Jasper High School. He married Juanita (Neal), dau. of Geo. Washington and Caroline (Brown) Neal of Newton County, Arkansas on 27 Dec 1941. They lived most of their adult lives in the Yakima, Washington area. Working in the fruit industry. Juanita passed away in 1996 and Warren returned to Arkansas and married 2nd a former schoolmate, Wanda Lee (McGowan)Pierce abt. 1997 and they lived in Newton Co., Arkansas. He serviced his country in the US Army Aircorp during the WWII era. Warren and Juanita were the parents of three daughters who survive them.
